New York has long been a hotbed for professional wrestling, and on Sunday, May 24, AEW Double or Nothing will take over Queens for a full night of action at Louis Armstrong Stadium.

The main event will see Darby Allin defend the AEW World Championship against MJF. If Long Island’s own MJF loses, he will also have to shave his head.

Allin’s reign as AEW World Champion has been the definition of all gas, no brakes. Since winning the title on the post-Dynasty edition of Dynamite, he has defended the belt on consecutive episodes. It’s been a hectic, chaotic run for the Seattle native, but even if he loses at Double or Nothing, it will be remembered for quite a while.

For MJF, he has a chance to join Jon Moxley as the only three-time AEW World Champion on the men’s side. Plus, with the event taking place not too far from his hometown, it should make for an interesting night for him no matter what.

Thekla will also face one of her biggest challenges yet as AEW Women’s World Champion, defending her title in a four-way match against Hikaru Shida, Jamie Hayter and Kris Statlander. Will the Toxic Spider move one step closer to carrying the title into All In later this summer?

Those matches, and so much more, headline the Double or Nothing card. For those looking to check out the night of action, here’s the full match card and how to watch the show.
