It’s now been more than three years since Harry Styles released his latest album Harry’s House. That 2022 project helped further cement his status as not only one of pop music’s biggest hitmakers, but also a critical favorite, as it claimed the highly coveted Album of the Year at the Grammys.

Styles has been relatively quiet ever since he wrapped touring that full-length, and he may be plotting his next era. In the absence of new music, fans of the former One Direction singer have continued purchasing several tracks from Harry’s House. This frame, two singles from the project bound up one sales tally.

“Late Night Talking” and “Music for a Sushi Restaurant”

Both “Late Night Talking” and “Music for a Sushi Restaurant” live comfortably on the Official Physical Singles chart. The cuts advance on the U.K.’s list of the bestselling individual songs on any physical format, with both CD and vinyl being perennial fan favorites, although cassettes have been making a comeback in the past few years.

Between the two, “Late Night Talking” has spent significantly more time on the roster, as it’s up to 92 stays, while “Music for a Sushi Restaurant” has earned 23.

“Late Night Talking” Rises More Than 40 Spaces

“Late Night Talking” also enjoys the most impressive leap this time around. Last week, the track sat at No. 96 on the Official Physical Singles chart. This frame, it rockets more than 40 spots, improving to No. 53.

“Music for a Sushi Restaurant” Improves More Than 10 Spots

“Music for a Sushi Restaurant” beat “Late Night Talking” last time around, but only by one space. The first of the two promotional tunes appeared at No. 95 on the previous edition of the Official Physical Singles ranking. Now it steps up more than 10 slots to make a home at No. 83.

Four No. 1s for Harry Styles

Throughout his career, Styles has sent five tracks to the Official Physical Singles chart. That may seem like a low number, but even some of the biggest names have only accumulated a handful of wins on this list, as it requires an investment in selling singles on physical format, which went out of style years ago.

Four of his wins — “Watermelon Sugar,” “As It Was,” “Late Night Talking,” and “Music for a Sushi Restaurant” — reached No. 1, while “Lights Up” missed out on the summit by just one space.
