JAM Bottle Cap Art is the work of Jeffrey Adam Meszaros. When Meszaros was a bartender, he would collect the bottle caps. At the time, he was unsure what he would do with all those caps, but eventually, he decided to use them to make large mosaics, despite having no formal art training.
Meszaros often creates mosaics of celebrities or iconic images, but custom artwork can be commissioned directly from Meszaros through his website. If he is sent caps—from a favorite brewery, or from a memorable beer trip—he will incorporate them into the work.

In theory, a painting can be made from anything with color. Karen Eland of Bend, Oregon paints in watercolors, but often uses beer and coffee instead of traditional pigments.

A River Cruise Through Beer History
