Earlier this week, right as Russia’s economic forum was set to kick off, Ukraine launched a large-scale drone attack on St. Petersburg. The following day, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky published an open letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin. In it, he called for a face-to-face meeting to end the war.
