Thousands of users reported problems with the audio streaming service Spotify Tuesday morning, just one month after 22,000 users reported log in errors and other issues in a major disruption in mid May.

User-reported problems with Spotify started to spike at 9:45 a.m. EDT on Tuesday and, by 10:15 a.m. EDT, had hit 3,900 on Downdetector, a website that tracks reports of user complaints.
Reports peaked at about 5,000 and, by 11 a.m. EDT, had dropped to 345.
More than half of users reported problems with Spotify’s app, 23% said audio streaming wasn’t working and another 16% said they were unable to connect to the platform’s server.
Spotify said it was aware of issues with the app but that they were “all clear” as of 11:18 a.m.
