It’s been a busy year for the four remaining members of One Direction (Liam Payne tragically passed away in October 2024). The four solo singers, Niall Horan, Zayn, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson, have all released collections under their own names in 2026, and each and every one of them has become yet another commercial success.
Horan is the latest of the quartet to drop a project this year, and his fourth full-length, Dinner Party, arrived in early June. The project performs incredibly well in the United Kingdom, where the Irish musician remains a musical superstar, and Dinner Party helps the singer-songwriter double his total number of leaders on multiple rankings as it arrives.
Niall Horan Leads Multiple Charts With Dinner Party
Dinner Party launches on half a dozen rosters in the U.K., and it leads four of them. On three tallies, Dinner Party becomes Horan’s second No. 1. The set launches atop the Official Albums Sales, Official Physical Albums and Official Vinyl Albums rundowns, and it follows The Show, which became his first champion back in 2023.
Niall Horan Scores Another Top 10 on Almost Every Chart
On both the Official Albums Sales and Official Physical Albums charts – which rank the bestselling full-lengths and EPs and the bestselling releases on any physical format, respectively – Dinner Party earns Horan his fourth top 10. That’s the entirety of his solo output, when looking at traditional studio projects.
Looking at the Official Vinyl Albums chart, Horan is up to a trio of wins within the top 10. Heartbreak Weather and his pair of leaders, The Show and Dinner Party, have cracked the uppermost tier, while Flicker, which helped introduce Horan as a solo star after One Direction went on hiatus, never made it into that loftiest space.
Dinner Party Rules the Main Albums List in the U.K.
Dinner Party also manages to conquer the Official Albums chart, the most important ranking when it comes to full-lengths in the U.K. That rundown includes purchases of all kinds, as well as streaming activity, and Dinner Party is yet another ruler for Horan.
Three of his four solo studio efforts have dominated the tally, with only Flicker missing out on doing so. That early set, which arrived on the ranking back in November 2017, peaked at No. 3.
One additional project by Horan has landed on the Official Albums chart but failed to climb into the top 10. In late 2024, The Show — Live on Tour spent one frame at No. 79 and has not returned to the roster since.
Niall Horan Misses No. 1 by One Space – Again
Dinner Party becomes yet another frustrating near-miss on the Official Album Downloads chart, a roster that Horan has yet to conquer. Three of his four efforts that have placed on the rundown – Flicker, Heartbreak Weather and now Dinner Party – have failed to rule by just one space, soaring as high as No. 2 and then turning around. The Show stopped at No. 7 three years ago.

Dinner Party Brings Niall Horan to a Career Low
While Dinner Party may be a strong seller, and overall it performs incredibly well in the U.K., the title does bring Horan to a career low on the sixth and final list it debuts on this week. Dinner Party opens at No. 75 on the Official Albums Streaming chart, which looks solely at plays on platforms like Apple Music and Spotify. It is the first collection by Horan to miss the top 20, and only one other release has failed to enter the top 10. Flicker soared to No. 3, Heartbreak Weather peaked at No. 7, and The Show became his first set to never enter the uppermost tier, as it only ever pushed as high as No. 18, where it debuted.
