July is almost upon us, and dynasty fantasy football leagues are starting to get even more active. Now is the time to make trades before the regular season starts the market starts to completely shift.

ForbesRookie Quarterbacks To Trade For In Dynasty Fantasy Football

Trade targets vary from team to team, but it’s tough to lose a trade if that player increases in value. On this list, we’ll have three players that are very attainable based on their Keep Trade Cut ranking right now.

Player number one and three make more sense for a roster looking to add youth, while player number two can help contenders add production at a cheap cost.

1. Ricky Pearsall: KTC Rank (WR48)

Despite still looking like the long-term WR1 for the San Francisco 49ers, Ricky Pearsall is still ranked as the WR48 on KTC.

Now for this season, if Mike Evans stays healthy, he’s likely to be the team’s WR1. Evans is 32 right now, , so it’s not as if that should be the case for much longer.

Then San Francisco also brought in De’Zhaun Stribling with the 33rd pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. It’s not by much, but Pearsall was drafted two slots higher, going 31st overall back in the 2024 NFL Draft.

When comparing the two as prospects, I’d take Pearsall talent wise, and he’s still only 25 years old. Despite missing time in both year one and two, Pearsall has had some encouraging games.

In 2025, Pearsall had at least 14.5 points (PPR) in three of his nine games. This seems like the lowest the value of Pearsall is going to be.

2. D.J. Moore: KTC Rank (WR37)

Switching over to a veteran, D.J. Moore is now on the Buffalo Bills, and a new landing spot should benefit him.

Moore is a very talented player, but 10 PPG in 2025 was his worst mark since he was a rookie. Outside of that, Moore has scored at least 14 PPG in five of his last seven seasons.

With the Bills giving up their 2026 second-round pick as part of this deal, it seems reasonable to say that they believe in Moore and the goal is to have him as the WR1. With Josh Allen being one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, that should propel him to a very good fantasy football season.

At 29 years old, there’s not a super bright outlook for Moore beyond one or two years. Regardless, he’s looks like a great FLEX play that can be acquired as the WR37 right now.

3. Jalen Coker: KTC Rank (WR53)

It’s been quite a journey for Jalen Coker, as he was not drafted in the 2024 NFL Draft. Despite that, Coker looked like the second-best wide receiver for the Carolina Panthers last year.

Outside of Tetairoa McMillan, the WR2 spot for Carolina is wide open. While Chris Brazzell II was drafted in round three of the 2026 NFL Draft, he hasn’t proven himself yet.

With limited volume, Coker had 394 yards on 43 targets in 11 games last year. From a fantasy football standpoint, Coker had 14 or more points in three of those games.

The last bit of reasoning is that the Panthers showed their belief in Coker, giving him a new contract this summer for three years.

Coker is certainly more of a risk than the other two players, but at WR53, he’s a good trade target in dynasty fantasy football right now.
