Here’s What’s Next For Frat Brothers Charged In Alleged Penn State Cocaine Ring: Pretrial Mitigation Expert

Law enforcement officials announced they busted a cocaine trafficking ring in State College that allegedly involved current and former Penn State students, as well as two of the university’s fraternities. Fourteen people were charged—13 were current and former Penn State students, while the other is the father of one of the alleged “main dealers.” Law enforcement officials claimed the suppliers would travel to Philadelphia and New York City for cocaine and bring it back to Happy Valley. Sometimes as part of an initiation ritual, pledges would allegedly cut and bag the cocaine in the fraternity houses before it was sold to other students. Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday said that “there was nothing junior or childlike about this type of conduct. This was an upper-level trafficking organization for this region.” Max Miner, CEO and Founder of Executive Treatment Solutions, joined “Forbes True Crime” to discuss.
