Olivia Rodrigo Makes It To A Special Milestone — Again

It’s been almost two years since Olivia Rodrigo released Guts, her sophomore full-length. Fans know that a new project is likely in the works, as she spaced out her first two titles by a little more than two years.

As they wait for any announcement that something is coming from the Grammy winner, interest in everything the singer-songwriter has put out remains high — especially in the United Kingdom, where she’s a certified superstar. Guts is on the rise this week, and it’s a major win on every tally on which it appears, with this frame being a special one for the sophomore project.

Guts Hits 100 Weeks

As it holds on, Guts reaches 100 weeks on the Official Albums chart. The title is Rodrigo’s second set to make it to triple-digit frames on the ranking of the 100 most consumed EPs and full-lengths in the U.K. The roster uses a methodology that blends both sales and streaming activity to show what the British public is listening to, and for almost two years now, that has included Guts.

Sour Reached the Same Landmark Years Ago

Rodrigo’s debut album Sour reached 100 weeks on the same list some time ago, and it has continued to add to its sum ever since. That title sits just two spaces behind Guts, at No. 26, and it’s now up to 220 frames on the same tally.

Guts Appears on Multiple Tallies

Guts can be found on four rosters, and it has spent almost exactly the same length of time on all of them. Rodrigo’s Grammy-nominated effort hits 100 weeks on the Official Album Streaming chart at the same time as the main albums tally. Next time around, it will make it to the same milestone on both the Official Album Sales and Official Physical Albums lists.

Guts Remains a Top 40 Win

Amazingly, 100 weeks into its lifespan, Guts is still a top 40 success. The title is on the rise everywhere, lifting to No. 24 on the most important albums ranking, and coming in one space higher on the streaming tally. Guts is a powerful bestseller even to this day and sits at No. 27 — up several spots — on both the Official Album Sales and Official Physical Albums charts.

“Vampire,” “Bad Idea, Right”?” and “Get Him Back!”

Guts was supported by several singles that each made a huge impact in the U.K. “Vampire,” the album’s lead single, debuted at No. 1 on the Official Singles chart, giving Rodrigo her third leader in the country. Follow-up cuts like “Bad Idea Right?” and “Get Him Back!” also reached the top 10, and even deeper tracks like “The Grudge” and “All-American Bitch” found a home on the competitive tally thanks to strong streaming activity when the album arrived.
