Fans of Beyoncé are waiting for the third part in her album series, which has seen the superstar taking on genres that she has not been closely associated with in the past. She began the venture with the electronic dance-oriented Renaissance and then continued it with Cowboy Carter, her first full-length exploration of country music.

Before act III arrives — or at least before it seems likely to, as no announcement has been made regarding the next installment — Beyoncé will change course slightly in early September. The superstar will next release a twentieth anniversary reissue of B’Day, her sophomore solo collection.

One tune from the full-length, a song titled “Morning Dew (Donk),” has already been released as the lead single. In only a few weeks, the track has become a major hit on many of Billboard’s R&B-leaning tallies. This frame, “Morning Dew (Donk)” rises into the top 10 on two charts for the first time, and on both lists, Beyoncé scores a milestone smash.

Beyoncé’s New Single Reaches the Top 10 on Multiple Charts

“Morning Dew (Donk)” breaks into the top 10 on both the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay and Adult R&B Airplay charts this week. The single surges from No. 15 to No. 10 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay ranking. At the same time, it improves from No. 12 to No. 8 on the Adult R&B Airplay roster. Both positions mark new peaks for the B’Day reissue single, and its first visit to the loftiest arena.

Beyoncé Scores Her Tenth Adult R&B Airplay Top 10

“Morning Dew (Donk)” becomes Beyoncé’s milestone tenth top 10 on the Adult R&B Airplay chart as it steps up. The superstar has placed 32 tracks on the ranking throughout her solo career, which means that just under a third of all of her smashes have climbed into the highest tier.

Here are all of Beyoncé’s top 10 hits on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart.

  • “Before I Let Go”
  • “Break My Soul”
  • “Cuff It”
  • “Drunk in Love” with Jay-Z
  • “Irreplaceable”
  • “Love on Top”
  • “Make Me Say It Again Girl” with Ronald Isley and The Isley Brothers
  • “Me, Myself and I”
  • “Morning Dew (Donk)”
  • “Until the End of Time” with Justin Timberlake

Beyoncé Collects Her Thirty-Fifth R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay Top 10

Beyoncé hits an even bigger milestone on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart, where “Morning Dew (Donk)” is now her thirty-fifth top 10. The former Destiny’s Child singer has sent 59 tracks to the roster throughout her solo career, and a much greater share of those hit songs have reached the uppermost region, when compared with the Adult R&B Airplay tally.

A milestone 10 of Beyoncé’s hits have climbed all the way to No. 1 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay ranking. For the moment, “Morning Dew (Donk)” stands alone as her only track to peak at exactly No. 10.

Here are all of Beyoncé’s No. 1s on Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart.

  • “7/11”
  • “Baby Boy” with Sean Paul
  • “Break My Soul”
  • “Crazy in Love” with Jay-Z
  • “Cuff It”
  • “Drunk in Love” with Jay-Z
  • “Irreplaceable”
  • “Love on Top”
  • “Savage” with Megan Thee Stallion
  • “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)”

Beyoncé’s “Morning Dew (Donk)” Peaks on Multiple Rankings

“Morning Dew (Donk)” establishes new high points on three additional Billboard rankings this week. The track – originally recorded a decade ago for another album – climbs on the Hot R&B Songs, Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay and Rhythmic Airplay charts, improving to Nos. 3, 16 and 22, respectively.

Beyoncé’s Single Returns to Its Peak on Several Charts

“Morning Dew (Donk)” also finds its way back to its previously-established peak on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, where it rises to No. 7. The single holds at its all-time high of No. 2 on the R&B Streaming Songs ranking. Once again, Beyoncé is blocked from the summit of that genre-specific streaming-focused roster by Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean,” which refuses to budge from the No. 1 position.

Beyoncé Scores Her Forty-Fifth Radio Songs Hit

“Morning Dew (Donk)” reaches two slightly busier consumption rankings as well – ones it did not appear on only a few days ago.

The track debuts at No. 44 on the Radio Songs chart, which measures the tunes that reach the largest audiences across all radio formats throughout the United States. The arrival marks Beyoncé’s forty-fifth appearance on the ranking as a soloist.

At the same time, “Morning Dew (Donk)” reappears on the Streaming Songs tally, where it is back at No. 49.
