Several months after its release, “Swim,” the recent single from BTS, is still a huge hit across the Billboard charts on which it appears. The track, the lead cut from the South Korean boy band’s comeback album Arirang, immediately debuted at No. 1 on several lists, and the track even manages to debut on another roster in America this period.

At the same time, BTS widely shares a tune that was originally only featured on a deluxe version of Arirang, which was made available to purchase on vinyl. Now, fans everywhere can buy and stream “Come Over,” and the tune immediately becomes a bestseller in the United States.

BTS Leads iTunes With “Come Over”

BTS leads the iTunes Top Songs chart in the U.S. with “Come Over.” The track stands out as the bestseller at the beginning of this new tracking week. It’s not unusual for any piece of new music from the group to soar on that sales ranking, and when Billboard refreshes its charts in a little more than a week, there’s a good chance that “Come Over” will debut on several of the most important tallies.

The track may earn BTS another No. 1 on the Digital Song Sales chart, where the seven singers already rank among the most successful acts of all time. “Come Over” may also appear on the Billboard Hot 100, the most competitive songs list in the nation, now that it will be eligible for the tally.

BTS Beats Cody Johnson to No. 1

It’s a relatively quiet new music Friday in America, and only four new songs break into the top 10 on the iTunes Top Songs chart. Landing just behind BTS comes “Horseback” by country singer-songwriter Cody Johnson. Aaron Lewis sits at No. 5 as of the time of writing with “The Door.” The cast of the Broadway musical The Lost Boys sees “Now, Forever” break into the region and land at No. 9.

BTS Charts in America With “Swim”

“Come Over” is one of two tracks by BTS that appear on the iTunes Top Songs chart, and the other, “Swim,” is not faring very well. The first single from Arirang drops to No. 183, though it performs significantly better when looking at the Billboard tallies in America.

“Swim” steps back from No. 1 to second place on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S., and it also holds inside the top five, landing at No. 5, on the Billboard Global 200. The track is steady on all three of Billboard‘s pop radio lists – the Pop Airplay (No. 13), Adult Contemporary (No. 17) and Adult Pop Airplay rundowns (No. 18).

On the Billboard Hot 100, “Swim” sits just outside the top 40, improving slightly to No. 41. BTS scores a sixth career win on the Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart, where “Swim” gets off to a lowly beginning at No. 40.

Arirang Keeps Selling as Well

Arirang benefits from the release of “Come Over” and climbs to No. 35 on the iTunes Top Albums chart, which details the bestselling full-lengths and EPs on the platform. The set can be found on a quartet of rosters published by Billboard, and it drops on each and every one of them. Arirang settles at No. 8 on the Top Album Sales list and No. 9 on the Vinyl Albums ranking, and it comes in beneath the top 10 on both the Billboard 200 and Top Streaming Albums rosters as well.
