Linkin Park’s Tour Pushes The Band Up The Charts — But One Album Is Missing

After spending much of the summer traveling around Europe on its From Zero World Tour, Linkin Park is back in the United States. The group brought the venture back to America in late July and has dates scheduled throughout North America into the fall.

It seems that the excitement generated by the Grammy-winning act’s comeback and performances at major venues helps the group climb a number of Billboard charts, as consumption of several of the outfit’s most famous full-lengths explodes — but amazingly, not the one being promoted on its current trek.

Hybrid Theory and Meteora Live on Five Billboard Charts

Two of Linkin Park’s most celebrated releases, Hybrid Theory and Meteora, both appear on five Billboard tallies this frame. They sit five spaces apart from one another on the Billboard 200, with the band’s debut full-length lifting to No. 103, while its sophomore set climbs to No. 108.

On the Top Rock & Alternative Albums, Top Rock Albums, Top Alternative Albums, and Top Hard Rock Albums tallies, the titles appear just one space away from one another, sitting side by side.

Linkin Park’s Top 10 Albums

The bestsellers earn the loftiest positions on the Top Hard Rock Albums chart, with Hybrid Theory lifting to No. 6 while Meteora improves to No. 7. Hybrid Theory also returns to the top 10 on the Top Alternative Albums chart, while Meteora misses out on doing so by just one space, as they sit at Nos. 10 and 11, respectively.

Hybrid Theory Returns to One List

In both instances, Hybrid Theory and Meteora climb on every ranking on which they can be found when compared to last week. Hybrid Theory does manage to break back onto the Top Rock Albums chart at No. 20, while Meteora, which last time around sat at No. 25, is up to No. 21.

Papercuts is Also Charting

A third set by Linkin Park, Papercuts, improves five spaces to No. 20 on the Top Hard Rock Albums chart. That compilation gathers together most of the group’s famous and successful singles and also includes a handful of previously unreleased material, and it dropped only a few months before Linkin Park officially announced a comeback. It’s the only title from the hard rock act to appear on just a single Billboard ranking at the moment.

From Zero is Oddly Missing

Linkin Park is currently on tour promoting From Zero, its comeback album that dropped in the fall of 2024. Somewhat surprisingly, while it’s clear that interest in all things related to the rap-rock pioneers is on the rise, From Zero is nowhere to be found. That may change in the coming weeks as Linkin Park tours the nation, but it seems clear that interest remains focused on the outfit’s earliest work.
