Morgan Wallen was one of the first artists to help country music embrace streaming platforms. The genre was slow to adopt the technology, but that has changed in only a matter of years. Wallen regularly appears on the Streaming Songs chart, which details the most-played tracks of any style throughout the United States, with multiple tunes — sometimes from several different albums.
Last week, many of Billboard’s streaming rankings, along with its hip-hop and rap tallies, were dominated by Future. His latest album The Real Me produced numerous streaming wins, but just one frame later, many of them have disappeared.
That loss creates a vacuum that is filled by multiple returning favorites on the Streaming Songs chart. Wallen earns several comebacks, which join the smashes that were already present on the list, and they make him the dominant force on the ranking this week.
Morgan Wallen Brings Two Hits Back to the Streaming Chart
Two tracks by Wallen reenter the Streaming Songs chart. “Last Night” breaks back in at No. 40, becoming a minor top 40 hit once again after previously leading the ranking. “20 Cigarettes,” one of the more recent singles featured on Wallen’s latest album, I’m the Problem, sits only a few spaces lower. That track reappears at No. 44.
Morgan Wallen Matches Justin Bieber With Comebacks
Wallen is one of two artists who see a pair of tracks reenter the Streaming Songs chart this frame. Justin Bieber manages the same showing following his recent performance during the first halftime show held at the World Cup final.
Many of the most popular songs in Bieber’s catalog grow in terms of sales and especially streams following that appearance. On the Streaming Songs ranking, “Daisies” and “Beauty and a Beat,” his collaboration with Nicki Minaj, return at Nos. 41 and 47, respectively. Notably, the track her performed, “Everything Hallelujah,” is a bestseller, but not one of the most-streamed cuts in the nation.
Nine Songs Return to the Streaming Songs Chart
It is a huge week for comebacks on the Streaming Songs chart, as nine singles reenter the ranking. In addition to the two returns apiece managed by Bieber and Wallen, Chris Stapleton, Dexter and the Moonrocks, Ella Langley, the Goo Goo Dolls and Gracie Abrams all find their way back to the tally with one track each.
Morgan Wallen Claims Seven Streaming Hits This Week
Thanks in part to his pair of returning smashes, Wallen claims the most appearances on this week’s Streaming Songs chart. The ranking features only 50 spaces, and seven of them are occupied by his tracks.
Only one of those songs appears inside the top 10. “I Can’t Love You Anymore,” Wallen’s collaboration with Langley, rises to No. 4. Most of Wallen’s seven entries come from I’m the Problem. His previous full-length, One Thing at a Time, is represented by “Last Night,” while “I Had Some Help,” which fronted Post Malone’s first country album, F-1 Trillion, is also present.

Ella Langley Fills 10% of the Streaming Chart
Langley comes in second place among all artists, as she owns 10% of the Streaming Songs chart. The country singer-songwriter fills five of the roster’s 50 positions at the moment.
“Choosin’ Texas” remains steady at No. 1 and earns its milestone sixteenth frame in charge. The smash ties “Despacito” by Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee and Bieber – there he is again – as one of the fourth-longest-running champions in the history of the tally.
Three of Langley’s five current streaming successes live not only inside the top 10, but the top five. In addition to “Choosin’ Texas” which is stationary at No. 1, “Be Her” and “I Can’t Love You Anymore” with Wallen sit at Nos. 3 and 4, respectively.
