Mack has spent more than two decades in combat sports working for various promotions. He started with the UFC during the promotion’s early growth years, then spent nearly a decade with ONE Championship building the brand across Asia.
He joined the Professional Fighters League in 2020 and rose to a senior vice president role, working on the league’s expansion into Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Asia. BKB describes his most recent PFL title as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications.
“I’ve been fortunate to be part of some incredible organizations throughout my career, but I truly believe this represents the biggest opportunity in combat sports today,” said Mack. “BKB has incredible momentum and has established itself as the largest and most-watched bare knuckle boxing organization in the world. I’m excited to help continue to elevate the brand, expand its global footprint, develop new business opportunities, and introduce BKB to millions of new fans around the world.”
What Will Loren Mack Oversee at BKB?
Per the release, Mack takes control of BKB’s global brand strategy, audience and content growth, broadcast and streaming marketing, and live-event demand generation. He also leads the marketing behind the promotion’s sponsorship and partnership portfolio.
As a member of the senior leadership team, he is positioned to help shape BKB’s enterprise and corporate strategy and its long-term growth plans.
What Does the Hire Mean for BKB’s Growth?
The appointment is the latest in a string of front-office additions under David Tetreault, the CEO of BKB and founder Mike Vazquez as the promotion builds out its executive ranks.
It follows the promotion’s push into wider distribution and a full media and entertainment division launched heading into 2026.
“BKB has achieved extraordinary growth over the past several years, and we’re assembling an executive team capable of taking the organization to the next level. Loren brings a rare combination of strategic vision, marketing expertise, commercial leadership, and deep industry relationships developed over more than two decades in sports,” said David Tetreault, Chief Executive Officer of BKB. “His experience building global brands and driving business growth will be invaluable as we continue expanding our audience, strengthening our partnerships, and continue to bring BKB to millions of fans around the world.”
This move also fits a broader combat sports pattern, where promotions are hiring aggressively on the business side to chase scale. The PFL has openly targeted the No. 2 spot behind the UFC, and rival operators have leaned on big promotional and broadcast plays to grow audiences.
