Thousands of users reported problems with the audio streaming service Spotify Tuesday morning, just one month after 22,000 users reported log in errors and other issues in a major disruption in mid May.

User-reported problems with Spotify started to spike at 9:45 a.m. EDT Tuesday and, by 10:25 a.m., had hit 4,600 according to Down Detector, a website that tracks reports of user complaints.

More than half of users reported problems with Spotify’s app, 24% said audio streaming wasn’t working and another 15% said they were unable to connect to the service’s server.
