The full-length holds at No. 1 on one roster, while one of the singles pushed from the project nearly earns the Queen of Pop another leader.

Madonna’s “Love Sensation” Misses No. 1 by One Space
“Love Sensation” surges from No. 6 to No. 2 on the Dance Airplay chart, which tracks the songs receiving the most play on dance-oriented radio stations throughout the U.S. The four-space improvement brings the Confessions II single a new peak.
With only one track sitting above it, “Love Sensation” looks like it’s to become yet another No. 1 for Madonna in the coming weeks. The song has spent six weeks on the Dance Airplay chart, and in less than two months, may soon become the most successful smash at dance radio in the nation.
Madonna Has Scored Eight Dance Airplay Chart No. 1s
Madonna has conquered the Dance Airplay chart eight times throughout her career. She earned her eighth winner in late May with “I Feel So Free,” the first track pushed from Confessions II. That single spent one frame at No. 1. Only a few months later, “Love Sensation” may give the Grammy-winning powerhouse a second leader from the same album.

Madonna Has Never Peaked at No. 2 Before
“Love Sensation” is now Madonna’s only track to peak at No. 2 on the Dance Airplay chart. It is also one of just three among her 11 top 10 hits that have not managed to run the show. “Celebration” and “Me Against the Music,” which was fronted by Britney Spears, topped out at Nos. 4 and 9, respectively.
Three tracks from Confessions II have made space on the Dance Airplay chart. “I Feel So Free” spent one week in first place, while “Love Sensation” has advanced to the runner-up rung.
“Bring Your Love,” Madonna’s collaboration with Sabrina Carpenter, has not performed nearly as well as those two tunes. The song opened at No. 36 in early June, which remains its peak, despite the fact that it’s fairly low on the 40-space roster. Only “I Rise,” which arrived roughly seven years earlier, stalled in less impressive position – and only by one rung.
The Chainsmokers Block Madonna From a New No. 1
The Dance Airplay chart welcomes a new No. 1 this week. The Chainsmokers and Oaks take control with “Echo,” which surges from No. 4 to the peak position.
The victory gives the Grammy-winning duo an eleventh leader on the roster. The Chainsmokers already claimed the fourth-most No. 1 hits in the history of the ranking, and the musicians further distance themselves from the star that sits in fifth place.
David Guetta remains far ahead with 21 champions. Calvin Harris follows with 19, while Rihanna sits only one winner ahead of the Chainsmokers, with an even dozen champions – a sum the pair could match soon.

Madonna Nearly Loses Another Radio Hit
“Bring Your Love” is Madonna’s only other radio hit in America at the moment, though the collaboration with Carpenter nearly falls off the Adult Pop Airplay chart. The single declines from No. 34 to No. 38 on the 40-position ranking. It has now spent 12 weeks on the roster, and it previously rose as high as No. 20.
“Bring Your Love” also slips outside the top 10 on the Hot Dance/Pop Songs chart. The collaboration falls two spaces from No. 9 to No. 11.
Madonna Fills Two Spaces on the Dance Albums Chart
Madonna occupies a pair of positions on the Top Dance Albums chart this frame. Confessions II holds at No. 1 for a third stint, continuing its uninterrupted run in first place. Meanwhile, The Immaculate Collection slips one space from No. 11 to No. 12.
