When it comes to the Billboard Hot 100, the chart company’s namesake ranking of the most popular songs in America, Rihanna is one of the most successful artists ever. She is currently tied with Taylor Swift with 14 leaders – the third-most of all time – behind only The Beatles with 20 and Mariah Carey with 19 leaders.
Looking at the Billboard 200, the albums tally, the same cannot be said. Only two of Rihanna’s 10 projects that have landed somewhere on the competitive roster have dominated. Just one of those, Anti, managed to lead the charge for multiple frames, and it held on at the summit for two weeks.
It is that set that regularly keeps Rihanna on the rundown, even though she has not released a new full-length in a decade. It is Anti that makes it to an incredible and relatively rare milestone on the roster, one which marks a first for the singer.
Rihanna’s Anti Reaches a Decade on the Billboard 200
For a set that turned 10 a short time ago, Rihanna’s Anti is still performing incredibly well. The multi-genre, critically acclaimed effort only falls three spaces to No. 51, dipping just slightly outside the highest quarter on the ranking. As of this period, Anti has spent 520 weeks, or exactly a decade, as one of the 200 most-consumed albums or EPs in the United States.
Rihanna’s Anti Becomes Her First 10-Year-Charter
Anti is Rihanna’s first album to make it to 10 years on the Billboard 200, and none of her other collections have come even close to matching that figure. The singer-songwriter’s second-longest-charting release, Good Girl Gone Bad, is up to 230 frames on the list. Good Girl Gone Bad rises on this week’s Billboard 200, improving from No. 81 to No. 77 and extending its run once more.
Rihanna’s Top 10 Albums on the Billboard 200
Of Rihanna’s 10 titles that have made it to the Billboard 200, only two have failed to crack the top 10, and they are similar releases. Good Girl Gone Bad: The Remixes and Rated R: Remixed peaked at Nos. 106 and 158, respectively. The latter of those two is her only project to spend one week on the tally before disappearing entirely.

Rihanna’s Anti Declines Across Multiple Billboard Charts
At the moment, Anti lives on four Billboard charts, and it declines on each and every one of them. The Grammy-nominated full-length does hold on inside the top 10 on one list, the Top R&B Albums tally, where it dips a single space to No. 6. Anti sits just beneath the top 10 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums ranking, sliding back to No. 14. It can also be found on the Top Streaming Albums chart, where it backtracks from No. 43 to No. 46 on the 50-space register.
Rihanna’s Good Girl Gone Bad Climbs the Billboard Tallies
Good Girl Gone Bad, which operates almost like a greatest hits compilation, as it was packed with so many popular singles, can be located on three of those four rosters. It misses the Top Streaming Albums tally, though Good Girl Gone Bad does climb from where it sat last time around on the other rankings. Rihanna doubles up inside the top 10 on the Top R&B Albums rundown, where Good Girl Gone Bad dances one space higher to No. 10. On the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, the project lifts to No. 22.
Rihanna’s Anti and Good Girl Gone Bad Peaks
In addition to the length of time spent on those rosters, there is another factor that separates Good Girl Gone Bad from Anti, and it is the title’s peak positions. Anti reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200, Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, and Top R&B Albums charts. On the main albums tally, Good Girl Gone Bad stalled in second place. The same project climbed as high as No. 3 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums ranking and surged all the way to No. 4 on the list of the most-consumed R&B releases in the country.
